Banana-Blueberry Vanilla Soy Protini

Can you tell I love protinis yet?  Here’s one that I have come to love as much, if not more than, the strawberry-banana protini.  It’s more tart because, in my opinion, blueberries have a more sour taste than strawberries do.  It certainly hits that tangy spot of mine!!

Serves 1

1 small frozen banana, sliced

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup soy milk

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup cold water

A small handful of ice

1.  Throw all the ingredients into a blender and wipe the drool off your chin as you watch it become a creamy masterpiece of banana-blueberry goodness.
